Everything was fantastic, spotless hotel, beautiful and amazing location right next to the bar restaurant. Brand-new and well-appointed rooms where cleaned daily with fresh towels etc and great bar area. Great service, nice hot breakfast with boiled potatoes and savory stuff and salad...

Resort was just the right size, not too many people but enough restaurants and bars to give enough variety. The beaches were good and very close by and I would certainly recommend the resort and the hotel to friends and family. We only had breakfast in the hotel but this couldn't be faulted with as much variety as you may require.

The one problem the hotel has is that one side of the block we stayed in faces the road and isn't very private particularly on the lower level. It's much better to have a room facing the beach.

the room we stayed in was brand-new and nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom with a large walk-in shower. the breakfast was good hot, had a really nice stay on thomson holidays.

Brand-new standard twin room with a lounge area & large balcony, even a couple of hotplates, as for instance. Stunning and incredible location by a picturesque cove, and 0 min walking distance to Portinatx S'arenal Petit.

Some rooms looks not so good. We asked to change our room and hotel staff find for us another room - much better then previous one and with nice view to the hills and sea. The organisation of supper is needed to improve, because in the restaurant are not enough places for all customers and you need sometimes wait near the door when the table will be free.

The located is located straight at the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooms are good and clean and the food in the restaurant is good (with variation and fresh made products every day). Really worth the price to book half-board

It has an all-inclusive fibe, which is far from attractive for those looking for romantic scenes when eating breakfast or dinner. But as we said..the food is good and the price is low, so hey.... if you dont expect more than this is the place to be!

perfect spot for beach lovers and peaceful strolls

I loved how I was just a few steps away from beautiful Playa Cala Xarraca and the picturesque Cala Portinatx, making daily beach visits and sunset walks so effortless and enjoyable.

Sea views and breakfast

Staff, noise from bar at night and noise of pool and bar area in the morning woke everyone up very early

Fine infinity pool

Great location, very clean hotel with very helpful staff. A lot of steps everywhere so not suitable for those with walking difficulties! Two pools, neither of which we used as we could not get sunbeds ON ANY DAY. Guests would often put towels on them at the crack of dawn and then sometimes not use them until the afternoon. Apparently there is a sign (in English, should be in German) asking people not to reserve them but no-one takes any notice. Very disappointing and annoying. We love the resort but would not return to the Sensimar. The staff in the bar were run off their feet all evening, need more staff. We also never ate lunch in the snack bar as there were not enough tables and chairs and people sat there for hours! Breakfast very good. Not too impressed with the food for dinner so ate out most of the time.

Never managed to get sunbeds, the hotel needs to have a policy of removing towels from beds that have been reserved and not used within an hour.

Great location

The entertainment programme a little limited. Stayed b&b and the local restaurants reasonably priced food. However, the drinks are quite expensive. A lot of people in the resort stay All Inclusive.

A Truly Relaxing Getaway!

We just returned from a good week-long escape! Arranged a cozy spot by the pool. Enjoyed the daily DJs at the bar, and the nearby beaches are fine. Don't miss the infinity pool for amazing sunset views!
